Jill is a dental consultant and practicing office manager for a multi-specialty private dental group. With an MBA, 14 years managing the practice plus state-level quality training, she coaches dental teams to improve the business-side of their practices. For her 18 operatory, 6 dentist group, she has been responsible for human resources, technology, marketing, strategic planning, client relations, building management and dentist communication. Jill believes that dental office managers have an incredible opportunity to develop their business skills and make a difference in their practices. With the explosive growth of group practices, she sees these well-trained managers running businesses alongside the clinical leadership of dentists and creating patient-oriented organizations that stand out in their communities.
