In fact, it has probably been 5 years since I last flossed. I do make a concerted effort to brush 3 times/day and utilize mouthwash when necessary. I think this has worked well for me, but I was intrigued by the "stretchy" floss the hygienist was describing in the video. That sounds much easier to use and I may give it a try. Nice tips!
