I'm slowly working myself down on chew, I went from 1 1/2 tins a day to 1 tin every 2 or 3 days. My goal is to quit complely but all the programs I find have high fees or make me buy the gum/patches which are 10 times what I pay for chew, so I can't afford it and I've tried going cold turkey but I can only make it a day.
